ACUTE ANGLE SCREW NODE REINFORCEMENT AND LIGHT-WEIGHT JOINT
To solve the problem in which a conventional joint for coupling two screw node reinforcements had increased a joint mass and cost as well as a grout injection hole had a joint breakage due to a notch fragility and caused a central part to expand with a heavy wall thickness as a maximum load is applied to the grout injection hole at the central part between reinforcements at a single direction tension test.SOLUTION: A joint (2) couples two screw node reinforcements (1) and comprises an opening adjustment part (b1), and a grout injection hole (3) at a joint (2) end outer peripheral portion, improves adhesiveness of concrete by arranging a peak of a node (A) as an acute angle, makes the screwing of the reinforcement (1) smoother, reduces slippage and improves the screwing strength by enlarging an angle (C) between the node (A) and an axis line (E), and reduces the weight significantly by making a length (L) of the joint (2) shorter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来の二本のネジ節鉄筋を連結する継手は、一方向引張試験において、最大荷重が鉄筋間の中央部のグラウト注入孔に掛かることによって、グラウト注入孔が切り欠き脆性による継手破断を起こし、中央部が肉厚膨出するため、継手質量が増え、コストも増していた。【解決手段】二本のネジ節鉄筋(1)を連結する、継手(2)であって、開き調整部(b1)と、継手(2)端部外周部にグラウト注入孔(3)と、を備えることによって、節(A)の頂点を鋭角であることからコンクリートの付着性を向上し、、節(A)と軸線(E)との角度(C)を大きくすることで、鉄筋(1)の螺合をスムーズにし、すべりを少なくし螺合強度が向上し、継手(2)全長(L)を短くすることによって、大幅な軽量化が可能となる。【選択図】 図2
