To provide an insulation panel, an installation structure of the insulation panel, and a construction method thereof, being configured in a simple structure, allowing easy construction, and allowing airtight performance and watertight performance to be secured.SOLUTION: An insulation panel 5 is provided with: a panel body 51 having an upper component 517 at one end side placed on an upper surface 512a of a receiving section 512 formed laterally from an upper part at the one end part, and a lower side surface 518 at the one end side extending downward from a bottom surface of the upper component 517 at the one end side at the one end part; a first elastic member 52 arranged along a lower side surface 518 at the one end side; and a first sheet member 53 connecting a bottom surface of the one end part of the panel 51 to a bottom surface of the first elastic member 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
