ROTATION-REGULATING STRUCTURE OF WATER DISCHARGE PIPE
To provide a rotation-regulating structure of a water discharge pipe allowing installation of a swing faucet with the rotation-regulating structure of the water discharge pipe without requiring placement of a faucet body or processing to the faucet body for an existing swing faucet.SOLUTION: A rotation-regulating structure 100A of a water discharge pipe according to the present invention includes: a water discharge pipe 20 having a cylindrical side part 22; a faucet body part 30 in which the water discharge pipe 20 is fitted; and an annular rotation-regulating member 80A arranged in contact with the inner peripheral surface of a discharge port of the faucet body part 30. In the water discharge pipe 20, a water discharge port 24 is disposed on one end side of the water discharge pipe 20, and a regulation part 26 is arranged with a part of a side face 22 of the water discharge pipe extending in an axial direction to the other end side. The structure has a body side regulation part 84 which is formed to protrude inward from the inner peripheral surface of the rotation-regulating member 80A. Rotational movement of the water discharge pipe 20 is regulated by the water discharge pipe side regulation part 26 which is caused to contact the body side regulation part 84 by the rotational movement of the water discharge pipe 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既設の自在水栓について、水栓本体を取り替えたり、水栓本体に対して加工を施したりすることなく、吐水管の回動規制構造を備える自在水栓を設置しうる吐水管の回動規制構造を提供する。【解決手段】この発明に係る吐水管の回動規制構造100Aは、円筒状の側面部22を有する吐水管20と、吐水管20が嵌装される水栓本体部30と、水栓本体部30の吐出口の内周面に接するように配置される環状の回動規制部材80Aと、を備える。吐水管20において、吐水管20の一方端側に吐水口24が配置され、他方端側に前記吐水管の側面部22の一部が軸方向に延びるように設けられる吐水管側規制部26が配置される。回動規制部材80Aの内周面から、その内側に向かって突出するように形成される本体側規制部84を有し、吐水管20の回転運動に伴って吐水管側規制部26が本体側規制部84に当接することにより吐水管20の回転運動が規制される。【選択図】図3
