WOODEN UNIT TYPE BUILDING STRUCTURE AND ITS ASSEMBLY METHOD
To provide a wooden unit type building structure which can sufficiently secure a structural strength, enables an assembly work with a simple structure, and is advantageous for cost, and its efficient assembly method.SOLUTION: A wooden unit type building structure includes: a wall panel frame 1 which is fixed onto a sill member B and a body difference member D and forms a wall surface; a surface material 2 for structure stuck to outside of the wall panel frame 1; and a floor beam plate 3 of an upper story floor fixed to the upper end of the wall panel frame 1, in which the wall panel frame 1 includes vertical frame materials 11 in which a central core plate 11a and both of support plates 11a and 11b are integrated and a horizontal frame material 12 connecting the vertical frame materials 11 and 11, a plate material longer than the core plate 11a is used in the support plates 11b and 11b of the vertical frame material 11, a fitting groove 13 in which a portion of the core plate 11a is recessed is formed on the upper end of the vertical frame material 11, and the floor beam plate 3 is fixed in a state of being inserted into the fitting groove 13 of the vertical frame material 11 of the wall panel frame 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 構造的な強度を充分に確保できるだけでなく、簡易な構造で組立て作業を容易に行うことができ、コスト面でも有利な木造ユニット式建築構造体、及びその効率的な組立て構法を提供すること。【解決手段】 土台部材Bや胴差部材D上に固定されて壁面を形成する壁パネル枠1と;この壁パネル枠1の外側に張り付けられる構造用面材2と;前記壁パネル枠1の上端部に固定される上階床組の床梁板3とを含んで構成する一方、前記壁パネル枠1については、中央の芯板11aと両側の添え板11b・11bを一体化した縦枠材11と、この縦枠材11・11同士を繋ぐ横枠材12とから構成し、前記縦枠材11の添え板11b・11bには芯板11aよりも長尺の板材を使用して、縦枠材11の上端部に芯板11aの部分が凹んだ嵌込み溝13を形成し、更に前記床梁板3を壁パネル枠1の縦枠材11の嵌込み溝13内に差し込んだ状態で固定した。【選択図】 図1
