SURFACE FINISHING MATERIAL FOR CONSTRUCTION
To provide surface finishing material for construction including powder of oyster shell, being white and excellent in adsorptivity of formaldehyde.SOLUTION: Surface finishing material is configured at least by mixing powder 2 of oyster shells by removing white inner layers of the oyster shells, hydrated lime 3, and adhesive material 4. Crack prevention material 5, and shrinkage prevention and adhesive improvement material 6 are added in the above configuration. The powder 2 of oyster shell is 60 wt.%, the hydrated lime 3 is 30 wt.%, and the adhesive material 4 is 6 wt.%. Also, the crack prevention material 5 is 1.5 wt.%, and the shrinkage prevention and adhesive improvement material 6 is 0.1 wt.%. Further, a mean particle diameter of the powder 2 of oyster shell is 5 μm, and a maximum particle diameter is between 100 μm and 150 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】蛎殻の粉末を含有し、白色で、かつ、ホルムアルデヒドの吸着性などに優れた建築用の表層仕上げ材を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも、蛎殻の白色である内殻層を取り出して微粉砕した蛎殻粉末2と、消石灰3と、接着剤4とを混合して構成する。上記の構成に、ひび割れ防止材5や収縮防止兼付着性向上剤6を加える。蛎殻粉末2を60重量%、消石灰3を30重量%、接着剤4を6重量%とする。又、ひび割れ防止材5を1.5重量%とし、縮防止兼付着性向上剤6を0.1重量%とする。さらに、蛎殻粉末2の平均粒径を5μmとし、最大粒径を100μm〜150μmとする。【選択図】図2
