MARKING SUPPORT DEVICE FOR BUILDING UNIT AND MARKING METHOD OF FACE MATERIAL USING THE SAME
To provide a marking support device capable of highly efficiently marking by quickly acquiring a position necessary to be marked in marking work of a building unit, and marking method of a face material using the marking support device.SOLUTION: A marking support device 30 includes: a conveyance unit 31a for conveying a unit ceiling part 28 as a marking object; a plurality of laser projectors 42 and 43 drawing a marking line on the unit ceiling part 28 with a laser beam; and a controller for controlling laser beam application of the laser projectors 42 and 43. The plurality of laser projectors 42 and 43 are respectively provided on bases 44 and 45 at a prescribed interval apart. The controller includes a control unit, a reading unit for reading a two-dimensional code, and an operation unit to be operated when reading the two-dimensional code. When performing the marking work, marking position information is input in the control unit by reading the two-dimensional code storing the marking position information by the reading unit, and a laser projector 42 or 43 of applying the laser beam is determined by the control unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物ユニットの墨出作業において、墨出しの必要な位置を速やかに把握でき、効率よく墨出しを行うことのできる墨出支援装置及びそれを用いた面材の墨出方法を提供する。【解決手段】墨出支援装置３０は、墨出対象としてのユニット天井部２８を搬送する搬送部３１ａと、ユニット天井部２８に対する墨出線をレーザ光で描く複数のレーザ投光器４２，４３と、レーザ投光器４２，４３のレーザ光照射を制御するコントローラとを備えている。複数のレーザ投光器４２，４３はそれぞれ所定間隔で基台４４，４５上に設けられている。コントローラは、制御部と、二次元コードを読み込むための読取部と、二次元コードを読み込む際に操作される操作部とを備えている。墨出作業の際には、墨出位置情報が格納された二次元コードを読取部により読み取ることにより墨出位置情報が制御部に入力され、レーザ光を照射するレーザ投光器４２，４３が制御部により決定される。【選択図】 図２
