To provide a drain plug device capable of maintaining good sanitation and fine appearance over a long period and further improving user-friendliness.SOLUTION: The drain plug device comprises: a cylindrical holding part 41; and an attachment member 4 including an outer ring part 42 provided outside a holding part and a connecting part 43 connecting the holding part 41 and the outer ring part 42. One side surface of the connecting part 43 becomes a water flow generation surface 431A having a slanted surface shape or a curved surface shape configured to be gradually displaced from an upper side to a lower side in a circumferential direction of the holding part 41, and the connecting part 43 is in a state where it cannot rotate relative to a flow channel constituting part. A water flow or the like flowing in a direction of rotating an inner surface of the flow channel constituting part can be generated more vigorously by the water flow generation surface 431A since the water flow generation surface 431A is firmly fixed. 【課題】良好な衛生性や美観をより長期間に亘って維持することができ、さらには使い勝手の向上などを図ることができる排水栓装置を提供する。【解決手段】排水栓装置は、筒状の保持部４１、保持部の外側に設けられる外環部４２、及び、保持部４１及び外環部４２を連結する連結部４３を具備してなるアタッチメント部材４を備える。連結部４３の一側面は、上方から下方に向けて保持部４１の周方向一方側に徐々に変位するように構成された傾斜面状又は湾曲面状をなす水流発生面４３１Ａとされ、連結部４３が、流路構成部に対し相対回転不能な状態とされる。水流発生面４３１Ａは強固に固定された状態となるため、水流発生面４３１Ａによって、流路構成部の内面を回転する方向に流れる水流などをより勢いよく生じさせることができる。また、水流発生面４３１Ａを設けることで、結果的に、美観の向上等も図ることが可能となる。【選択図】 図３
