To provide a drain plug device capable of effectively suppressing rotation and inclination of a plug cover.SOLUTION: The drain plug device 1 comprises: a drainage channel 24 that has a horizontally long shape that is longer in a horizontal direction than in a vertical direction; an attachment member 4 that has a holding part 41, a vertical rib part 42, and a horizontal rib part 43; and a plug cover 7 that has a guide part 713 arranged on an outer circumference of the holding part 41. A center-side parallel part 713d is provided at a portion of the guide part 713 that forms a center-side slit 713b, and a side-side parallel part 713e is provided at the portion of the guide part 713 that forms a side-side slit 713c. When the drainage channel 24 is open, the center-side parallel part 713d is arranged in a state of being close to both side surfaces of the vertical rib part 42 while sandwiching the vertical rib part 42, and the side-side parallel part 713e is arranged in the state of being close to both side surfaces of the horizontal rib parts 43 while sandwiching the horizontal rib parts 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
