WEDGE BINDING DEVICE IN SCAFFOLD
To provide a wedge binding device used in a scaffold such as a temporary scaffold.SOLUTION: In a wedge binding device in a scaffold, a wedge member (17) is inserted from above to below and driven from a standby position (P1) to a binding position (P2) when an insertion hole (16) of a jaw metal fitting (15) fixed to a connection member (12) is made to face the upper part of a binding hole (14) of a flange (13) fixed to a column (11). A back part (17b) of the wedge member is made to be directly supported by a direct support edge part (14a) of the binding hole so as to be advanced toward the column. By pressing a belly part (17a) against a receiving edge part (16a) in the insertion hole, an abutting part (15a) in the jaw metal fitting is brought into contact with the column. In the device, the wedge member (17) has a press-contacting protrusion (18) toward the column in an extension part (17C) extending downward. When the wedge member moves down to the binding position (P2) in a state in which the extension part of the wedge member positioned in the standby position (P1) is inserted in the binding hole, the press-contacting protrusion (18) is pressed against the column through a wedge part (17A) advanced by direct support between the direct support edge part (14a) and the back part (17b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】仮設足場等の足場において使用される楔緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】支柱(11)に固設したフランジ(13)の緊結孔(14)の上に、連結部材(12)に固設した顎金具(15)の挿通孔(16)を臨ませた状態で、楔部材(17)を上から下に向けて挿通すると共に待機位置(P1)から緊結位置(P2)まで打ち込み、楔部材の背部(17b)を緊結孔の接支縁部(14a)に接支させることにより支柱に向けて前進させ、腹部(17a)を挿通孔の受縁部(16a)に圧接させることにより顎金具の当接部(15a)を支柱に当接させる構成において、楔部材(17)は、下方に延びる延長部(17C)に支柱に向かう圧接突部(18)を設けており、待機位置(P1)に位置する楔部材の延長部を緊結孔に挿通させた状態で、楔部材を前記緊結位置(P2)まで下動させたとき、接支縁部(14a)と背部(17b)の接支により前進させられる楔部(17A)を介して圧接突部(18)を支柱に圧接するように構成されている。【選択図】図8
