WEDGE BINDING DEVICE AT SCAFFOLD
To provide a wedge binding device to be used at a scaffold such as a temporary scaffold.SOLUTION: In a configuration that a wedge member provided at a coupling metal fitting is bound with a binding hole of a flange by being lowered to a binding position (P2) in the state that a placement surface of an upper jaw part of the coupling metal fitting of a coupling member is placed on the flange of a support pillar, when the coupling metal fitting moves toward the flange and the flange enters into a receiving part due to a configuration of a branch part (16B) of the wedge member and a holding part (34) of elastic holding means (32), the flange (13) enters by retracting the wedge member (16) from a stand-by position (P1) to a retracting position (P0) via a guide part (38) of a lower end part (25e), and when the coupling metal fitting moves to a predetermined position of the flange, the coupling metal fitting is prevented from falling from the flange by that the wedge member returns from the retracting position (P0) to the stand-by position (P1) again and the lower end part (25e) is inserted and locked into a binding hole (14) of the flange (13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】仮設足場等の足場において使用される楔緊結装置を提供する。【解決手段】支柱のフランジに連結部材の連結金具の上顎部の載置面を載置させた状態で、連結金具に設けた楔部材を緊結位置（Ｐ２）まで下動させることによりフランジの緊結孔に緊結する構成において、楔部材の枝部(16B)と弾性保持手段(32)の保持部(34)の構成により、連結金具をフランジに向けて移動し、受入部にフランジを進入させるとき、下端部(25e)のガイド部(38)を介して楔部材(16)を待機位置（Ｐ１）から退避位置（Ｐ０）に退避させることによりフランジ(13)の進入を行わせ、連結金具をフランジの所定位置に移動したとき、楔部材が退避位置（Ｐ０）から再び待機位置（Ｐ１）に戻り、下端部(25e)をフランジ(13)の緊結孔(14)に挿入係止することにより、連結金具がフランジから脱落することを阻止する。【選択図】図７
