To make use of mechanical properties of polyurea resin to protect structures from vibration caused by earthquakes etc.SOLUTION: An earthquake reinforcing material as coating film formed on the surface of structures includes two-liquid curable polyurea resin that makes a first solution including polyisocyanate to react with a second solution including polyamine; the first solution includes scale-like pigment of 0-30 mass % against the gross mass of the first solution, and the second solution includes scale-like pigment of 5-30 mass % against the gross mass of the second solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
