To provide a roof material peeling tool capable of largely reducing labor in peeling roof material and further peeling without breaking into small pieces, roof material made of raw material that is easily broken.SOLUTION: A roof material peeling tool comprises: a plate-like peeling portion that can be inserted between overlapping roof materials; and a grip portion extending upwardly from a part behind a central portion of the peeling portion. The peeling portion has a linear long side, and a length from a tip of the peeling portion to an attaching point of the grip portion is equal to or larger than a quarter of a length of a short side of a flat plate-like slate roof material. The peeling portion is inserted in a long side direction between the roof materials, the grip portion is laid down and the peeling portion is raised with the long side as an axis, to peel the roof material by leverage. Pushing down the peeling portion laterally not toward front side, using the roof material peeling tool of the invention, enables attachment nails and the roof material to be easily removed from a roofboard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根材を剥がすときの手間を大幅に削減し、さらには屋根材が割れやすい素材でもこれを細かく割ることなく、屋根材を剥がすことのできる屋根材剥離具を提供すること。【解決手段】重なった屋根材の間に差し込むことのできる板状の剥離部と、剥離部の中央より後ろよりの部分から上方に延びる把手部からなる屋根材剥離具であって、剥離部は直線状の長辺を有し、剥離部の先から把手部の取付点までの長さが平板スレート屋根材の短辺の長さの１／４以上で、剥離部を長辺方向に屋根材の間に差し込み、長辺を軸として把手部を倒し剥離部を立ち上げて、梃子の作用で屋根材を剥がす、屋根材剥離具。本発明の屋根材剥離具を使用し、剥離部を手前でなく横に倒すことで、留め付け釘と屋根材を容易に野地板から剥がすことができる。【選択図】図１
