To provide a system kitchen that can easily maintain cleanliness using running water discharged from a faucet.SOLUTION: A system kitchen 300 includes a top plate 302 and a three-way fence 304 that surrounds both sides and a rear of the top plate and is formed to be waterproof. In the top plate 302, a sink 6 and a central counter 14 are arranged in a recessed area 306, and the central counter 14 is constituted by an inclined surface that is inclined downward toward the sink 6. A left counter 12, a stove section 8, and a right counter 16 are provided at a level higher than the recessed area 306. The left counter 12 and the right counter 16 are located on a common horizontal plane, and a cooking stove CS constituting the stove section 8 is located at a higher level than the horizontal plane. The three-way fence 304 is provided with a first faucet 30a facing the sink 6, and with a second faucet 30b facing the central counter 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】水栓から吐出される流水を使って清浄性を保つのが容易なシステムキッチンを提供する。【解決手段】システムキッチン３００は、トッププレート３０２とその両側方及び後方を囲み且つ止水可能に形成された三方フェンス３０４を含んでいる。トッププレート３０２は凹所領域３０６にシンク６、中央カウンタ１４が配置され、中央カウンタ１４はシンク６に向けて下りこう配の傾斜面で構成されている。凹所領域３０６よりも高いレベルに左側カウンタ１２、コンロ部８、右側カウンタ１６が設けられ、左側カウンタ１２、右側カウンタ１６は共通の水平面上に位置し、この水平面よりも高いレベルにコンロ部８を構成する調理コンロＣＳが位置している。三方フェンス３０４には、シンク６に臨んで第１の水栓３０ａが設置され、中央カウンタ１４に臨んで第２の水栓３０ｂが配置されている。【選択図】図１１
