FIRE RESISTANT STRUCTURE COATED WITH SYNTHETIC COATING OF STEEL COLUMN, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a fire resistant structure coated with a synthetic coating and a construction method thereof capable of surely securing fire resistant property by preventing hot air from flowing into a space surrounded by a fire resistant coating material, a wall body and a steel column.SOLUTION: In a fire resistant structure coated with a synthetic coating, a wall body 7 with fire resistance is attached to one side face of a steel column 3 via an attaching member 5 and a fire resistant coating material 9 is arranged on other side faces and extend to the wall body 7 side to be in contact with the wall body 7, to coat an outer peripheral portion of the steel column 3 with the wall body 7 and the fire resistant coating material 9. The wall body 7 comprises laminated wall panels 35 including a convex protrusion on an upper end face and a recessed engaging portion wider than the protrusion on a lower end face. In a horizontal joint 11, the protrusion on the upper end face of the lower side wall panel 35 and an inner surface of recessed engaging portion on the lower end face of the upper side wall panel 35 have a void. In a joint portion between the wall body 7 and the fire resistant coating material 9, a fire resistant material 13 capable of being compacted is arranged on an upper face of the protrusion and on a part at the steel column 3 side among the void around the protrusion in the horizontal joint 11 across a length equal to or longer than a contact width of the fire resistant coating material 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱気が耐火被覆材と壁体と鉄骨柱で囲まれた空間に流入するのを防止して耐火性能を確実に担保できる合成被覆耐火構造及びその施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄骨柱3の一側面に取付部材5を介して耐火性を有する壁体7が取り付けられ、他の側面には耐火被覆材9が配設されると共に壁体7側に延出して当接することで、鉄骨柱3の外周部を壁体7と耐火被覆材9で覆うようにしたもので、壁体7は、上端面に凸状の突起を有し、下端面に突起よりも広幅の凹状の嵌合部を有する壁パネル35が、積層されてなり、横目地部11は、下側の壁パネル35の上端面の突起と、上側の壁パネル35の下端面の凹状の嵌合部内面が、空隙部を有し、壁体7と耐火被覆材9の取り合い部において、横目地部11は、突起の周囲の空隙部のうち、突起の上面および鉄骨柱3側の部分に、圧密可能な耐火材13を耐火被覆材9の当接幅以上の長さに亘って配設する。【選択図】図1
