SYNTHETIC COATING FIRE RESISTANT STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE POLE
To provide a synthetic coating fire resistant structure of a steel pipe pole for providing a fire resistant coating on a steel pipe pole by a wall body and a spray rock wool, capable of preventing heat from entering inside from a horizontal joint part of the wall body while having an excellent heat shielding performance at a joint part of the wall body and the rock wool.SOLUTION: The synthetic coating fire resistant structure 1 of a steel pipe pole according to the present invention provides a fire resistant coating on a square steel pipe pole 3 by a wall body 5 and a spray rock wool and arranges a fire resistant coating substrate 13 at least at an outer side surface of a rib 11, and arranges a spray rock wool 15 to: three surfaces of a rear surface and both side surfaces of the square steel pipe pole 3; the fire resistant coating substrate 13; and a region from a second flange 7b of a wall substrate 7 to the wall body 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】壁体と吹付けロックウールによって鋼管柱を耐火被覆する鋼管柱の合成被覆耐火構造であって、壁体の横目地部から内部に熱気が入るのを防止でき、かつ壁体と吹付けロックウールとの接合部における遮熱性に優れた鋼管柱の合成被覆耐火構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る鋼管柱の合成被覆耐火構造1は、壁体5と吹付けロックウールによって角形鋼管柱3を耐火被覆するものであって、少なくとも力骨11の外側面に耐火被覆下地材13を配し、角形鋼管柱3の背面及び両側面の3面と、耐火被覆下地材13と、壁下地材7の第二のフランジ7bから壁体5に亘って、吹付けロックウール15を配したものである。【選択図】 図1
