To provide a system that detects a sign of abnormality before a storage battery breaks down, notifies a detection result, and performs appropriate maintenance.SOLUTION: An abnormality sign notification system has an information storage device that stores operation information transmitted from a plurality of power storage systems, a notification device, and a management device. If receiving abnormality notification information from any of power storage systems, the management device obtains operation information of a storage battery of the power storage system that transmitted the abnormality notification information from the information storage device, calculates similarity between the operation information of an abnormal storage battery and the operation information of the other storage batteries stored in the information storage device, respectively, identifies a storage battery whose operation information is similar to the operation information of the abnormal storage battery based on the calculated similarity, and notifies the notification device of information on the identified similar storage battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
