The abnormality sign diagnostic device is characterized by calculating an actually measured deterioration state that is an index value indicating a deterioration state of the first power storage device 10 by using operation information on the first power storage device, calculating an estimated deterioration state that is an index value of the same type as the actually measured deterioration state by using past operation history information on the first power storage device, calculating a comparison result between the actually measured deterioration state and the estimated deterioration state relative to the first power storage device, calculating a comparison result between the actually measured deterioration state and the estimated deterioration state relative to a power storage device provided in each of a plurality of construction machines other than the construction machine, and diagnosing a sign of an abnormality of the first power storage device by determining a gap between the respective comparison results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
