【課題】高艶（グロス）部分と低艶（マット）部分とのコントラストによって視覚的な立体感が得られる化粧シートであって、高艶（グロス）部分に更に光沢の差を表現することが可能な化粧シート、及びそれを用いた化粧板を提供する。【解決手段】厚さ方向において順に、基材シートと、絵柄模様層と、意匠形成層とを少なくとも備える積層体から構成される化粧シートであって、（１）前記意匠形成層は、前記基材シート側から順に、第１意匠形成層及び第２意匠形成層の二層を有しており、（２）前記絵柄模様層は、濃色部分と淡色部分とが交互に配置される絵柄模様を描出する層であり、前記濃色部分と前記淡色部分との境界には濃淡のコントラストが大きい境界Ａと濃淡のコントラストが小さい境界Ｂが交互に存在し、（３）前記第１意匠形成層は、前記絵柄模様層の前記淡色部分の領域内で前記濃淡のコントラストが大きい境界Ａと同調するように部分的に形成されており、前記第２意匠形成層は、前記絵柄模様層及び前記第１意匠形成層を被覆するように形成されており、（４）前記意匠形成層側から前記化粧シートを平面視した状態において、前記第１意匠成形層と前記第２意匠形成層とが重なる部分の光沢の程度をＧｒ１とし、前記第１意匠形成層が存在せず前記第２意匠形成層が存在する部分の光沢の程度をＧｒ２とした場合に、Ｇｒ２＜Ｇｒ１である、ことを特徴とする化粧シート。【選択図】なし
