PRODUCTION METHOD OF BUNDLE REINFORCEMENT BAR
To provide a bundle reinforcement bar which is advantageous for reassuring an anchorage length.SOLUTION: A bundle reinforcement bar 10A is configured to comprise a plurality of reinforcement bars 12 and a holding body 14 for holding these reinforcement bars 12. The plurality of reinforcement bars 12 have the same outer diameter and the same length. The holding body 14 consists of an adhesive agent having a higher tensile strength than that of concrete holding a state in which the plurality of reinforcement bars 12 align their lengths and extend in parallel each other. For example an epoxy resin adhesive agent can be used as such an adhesive agent. The epoxy resin adhesive agent holds the plurality of reinforcement bars 12 by filling over an outer periphery of these reinforcement bars 12 from gaps of the plurality of reinforcement bars 12 in a state of a liquid shape and curing. The bundle reinforcement bar 10A is formed as a cylinder body of a uniform cross section, and it is aimed to handle the bundle reinforcement bar 10A easily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】定着長を確保する上で有利な束ね鉄筋を提供すること。【解決手段】束ね鉄筋１０Ａは、複数の鉄筋１２と、それら鉄筋１２を保持する保持体１４とを含んで構成されている。複数の鉄筋１２は、同一の外径であり、同一の長さを有している。保持体１４は、複数の鉄筋１２がそれらの長さを揃え、互いに平行して延在した状態を保持するコンクリートよりも引張強度の高い接着剤で構成されている。このような接着剤として、例えば、エポキシ樹脂系接着剤を用いることができる。エポキシ樹脂系接着剤は液状の状態で、複数の鉄筋１２の隙間からそれら鉄筋１２の外周にわたって充填され、硬化されることでそれら複数の鉄筋１２を保持している。束ね鉄筋１０Ａは、均一断面の円柱体として形成され、束ね鉄筋１０Ａの取り扱いが簡単になされるように図られている。【選択図】図１
