EXCAVATION DEVICE, AND BURYING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF STRUCTURE
To obtain a reactive force in a horizontal direction by pressing a side face of an underground structure or a hole with an excavation device, to excavate even a hole in a hard ground in a lateral direction with high excavation property to extend the same, and to bury the structure in the hole continuously.SOLUTION: An excavation device 1 comprises: a chain cutter-type excavation portion 10 driving to rotate a chain cutter including a cutter drilling a ground G on an outer peripheral portion; and a jack 20 connected to the excavation portion. The jack is disposed to be adjacent to the outer peripheral portion, whose elongation direction is a direction moving away from the outer peripheral portion. In an excavation step, while an extension side inner wall portion Hf of a hole H is excavated by the excavation device, the jack is elongated so that the jack presses an opposite side inner wall portion with respect to the extension side inner wall portion directly or via an object (P), and thus the excavation portion is moved to the extension side of the hole. The jack is compacted, so that a room is provided between the opposite side inner wall portion or the object and the jack, and a component (P) of a structure is buried, to make it the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】掘進装置により地中の構造物若しくは孔の側面を押圧して横方向の反力を得て、硬質地盤の孔であってもこれを強い掘削能力で横方向に掘削し延長しつつ、当該孔に構造物を連続的に埋設する。【解決手段】掘進装置1は、地盤Gを削るカッターを外周部に有したチェーンカッターを周回駆動するチェーンカッター式の掘削部10と、掘削部に連結されたジャッキ20とを備える。ジャッキは前記外周部に隣接して配置され、伸縮方向が前記外周部から離れる方向とされている。掘進工程において掘削部により孔Hの延長側内壁部Hfを掘削しつつ、ジャッキを伸ばしていきジャッキにより延長側内壁部に対する反対側内壁部を直接又は物(P)を介して押圧することで、掘削部を孔の延長側に移動させる。ジャッキを縮めて、前記反対側内壁部又は物と前記ジャッキとの間に空間を設け、構造物の構成要素(P)を埋設して前記物とする。【選択図】図1
