The invention relates to an open-excavation concealed-burying tunnel construction method with stand columns in a foundation pit. The method comprises the steps that an envelop enclosure is arranged onthe periphery of the area of a tunnel to be constructed, and the multiple stand columns are arranged in the envelop enclosure at intervals; soil in the envelop enclosure is subjected to open excavation to the set elevation so as to from the foundation pit, and at least two horizontal supports fixedly connected with the stand columns are arranged on the inner wall of the envelop enclosure at intervals from top to bottom along with the excavation depth; a plurality of inclined supports are arranged between the horizontal supports and the corresponding parts of the stand columns, and the parts,located between the bottom face of the foundation pit and the horizontal support close to the bottom face of the foundation pit, of the stand columns are cut away; and construction is carried out between the bottom face of the foundation pit and the horizontal support close to the bottom face of the foundation pit, a tunnel is formed, and soil backfilling is carried out above the tunnel to fill the foundation pit. The problem that tunnel structure construction is difficult due to existing of the stand columns is effectively solved, on the condition of ensuring the strength of the foundation pit, obstruction of the stand columns on tunnel construction is avoided, the construction efficiency is improved, construction quality is ensured, and the water leakage hidden danger is reduced.
本发明涉及一种基坑有立柱情况下的明挖暗埋隧道的施工方法,包括:在待施工隧道的区域周围打设围护结构,于围护结构内间隔打设若干立柱;明挖围护结构内的土体至设定标高以形成基坑,随开挖深度由上至下间隔于围护结构的内壁设置至少两道与立柱固定连接的水平支撑;于水平支撑与立柱对应的部分之间设置若干斜撑,将立柱位于基坑底面与靠近基坑底面的水平支撑之间的部分割除;于基坑底面与靠近基坑底面的水平支撑之间施工并形成隧道,向隧道上方回填土体以填平基坑。本发明有效地解决了立柱的存在使得隧道结构施工困难的问题,在保证基坑强度的情况下,避免立柱对隧道施工的阻碍,提升施工效率,保证施工质量,减少漏水隐患。
