WALKING TROLLEY
PURPOSE: To provide a walking trolley capable of stably transporting parts, tools, etc. to a predetermined position in a folded plate type metal roof construction site with almost no swing of a loading platform up and down.CONSTITUTION: The walking trolley comprises a walking base 1 having a guide groove 1A and capable of loading a load, a prime mover 7, two first frame-shaped legs 2, each of which has a horizontal grounding shaft portion 21 at its lower end, has vertical axis portions 22 at both sides in the front-rear direction, has a top shaft portion 23 at its upper end, and which are arranged on both sides in the width direction of a walking base 1, two second frame-shaped legs 3 having a narrower spacing than both the first frame-shaped legs 2, and a first link mechanism portion 4 and a second link mechanism portion 5 which cause the first frame-shaped leg 2 and the second frame-shaped leg 3 to walk forward by alternately repeating forward movement in accordance with an arcuate orbit contacting the ground and upwardly, respectively. The walking base 1 is constantly maintained at a constant height, and a part of each vertical shaft portion of the first frame-shaped leg 2 and the second frame-shaped leg 3 slidably contacts the guide groove 1A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】折板タイプの金属屋根の施工現場において、部品，道具等を所定の位置まで、荷台が上下にほとんど振幅することなく、安定した状態で搬送することができる歩行台車を提供すること。【構成】案内溝１Aを有す且つ積載物を積載可能とする歩行ベース１と、原動機７と、下端に水平状の接地軸部２１が位置され前後方向両側に縦軸部２２が位置され上端に頂軸部２３を有すると共に歩行ベース１の幅方向両側に配置される２つの第１枠状脚２と、両第１枠状脚２よりも狭い間隔とした２つの第２枠状脚３と、第１枠状脚２と第２枠状脚３とのそれぞれが接地と上方に円弧状軌道にしたがって交互に前方移動を繰り返して歩行作動させる第１リンク機構部４と第２リンク機構部５とを備えること。歩行ベース１を常時一定の高さに維持させ、第１枠状脚２と第２枠状脚３のそれぞれの縦軸部の一部は案内溝１Aに摺動可能に接触する構成とすること。【選択図】 図１
