Self-walking type bridge detection trolley
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge detection equipment, and discloses a self-walking type bridge detection trolley. The self-walking type bridge detection trolley comprises a trolley body and a data acquisition device, an industrial personal computer is arranged on the trolley body; two walking wheel sets are installed on the trolley body. Each walking wheel set comprises a motor I, a motor II, a connecting plate, a ball screw pair and a clamping jaw base. The motor I is fixedly mounted on the trolley body; the output end of the motor I is fixedly connected with a lead screw of the ball screw pair, a nut of the ball screw pair is fixedly connected with the motor II through a connecting plate, the output end of the motor II is fixedly connected with the clamping jaw seat, the clamping jaw seat is provided with a connecting rod, the connecting rod is provided with a clamping jaw and a pressing plate which are used for grabbing a vertical rod of a bridge handrail, andthe clamping jaw is provided with a pressure sensor. The data acquisition device stores acquired data to the industrial personal computer, and the industrial personal computer controls the walking wheel set to move. The clamping jaws and the pressing plates can grab the vertical rods of the bridge railing, the vertical rods serve as walking faces, the vehicle body can move in the length directionof a bridge, and therefore the bridge can be detected.
