To provide a multiple dwelling house easily securing a large frontage and capable of efficiently utilizing a dwelling unit.SOLUTION: A dwelling house 1 includes: an inside core space 5; and a plurality of dwelling units provided in a circumferential direction D2 along the core space 5. At least one of the plurality of dwelling units 6 includes two linear boundary walls 7 defining a boundary in the circumferential direction D2. 【課題】大きなフロンテージを確保することが容易で、且つ住戸の有効利用が可能な集合住宅を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅１には、内部のコアスペース５と、コアスペース５に沿って周方向Ｄ２に設けられた複数の住戸と、を有している。複数の住戸６の少なくとも一つは、周方向Ｄ２の境界を定める２つの直線状の境界壁７を有し、２つの直線状の境界壁７の周方向Ｄ２における間隔Ｌがコアスペース５に向かって減少している。【選択図】図１
