To provide a multiple dwelling house and a multiple dwelling house construction method capable of improving construction efficiency.SOLUTION: A first living part 28 of a building 10 is at least partially constituted of a first building unit vertically adjacent to an attic 26 of the building 10, and the inside of the first building unit communicates with the inside of the attic 26. On the other hand, a second living part 30 of the building 10 is at least partially constituted of a second building unit 18B adjacent the attic 26 and in the vertical direction of the building, and a boundary floor 36 is provided between the second building unit 18B and the attic 26. Therefore, in the first living part 28, a space of the attic 26 can be utilized by using the boundary floor 36 between the second living part 30 and the attic 26 as a floor. On the other hand, since the second living part 30 is partitioned by the boundary floor 36 from the attic 26 communicating with the first living part 28, a parting wall 40 for partitioning from the first living part 28 is unnecessary in the attic 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工効率を向上させることができる集合住宅及び集合住宅施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物１０の第１居住部２８は、建物１０の小屋裏２６と建物上下方向にて隣接した第１建物ユニットにより少なくとも一部が構成され、第１建物ユニットの内部と小屋裏２６の内部とが連通されている。一方、建物１０の第２居住部３０は、小屋裏２６と建物上下方向にて隣接した第２建物ユニット１８Ｂにより少なくとも一部が構成され、第２建物ユニット１８Ｂと小屋裏２６との間に界床３６が設けられている。したがって、第１居住部２８においては、第２居住部３０と小屋裏２６との間の界床３６を床とすることで小屋裏２６の空間を活用できる。一方、第２居住部３０においては、第１居住部２８に連通された小屋裏２６と界床３６により区画されていることから、小屋裏２６内に第１居住部２８と区画するための界壁４０が不要となる。【選択図】図１
