To reduce costs.SOLUTION: A pipe joint 40 connects: a primary lid cylindrical part 32 of a primary lid 21 including a primary lid body 31 which fits into a lid frame 3 provided on the upper end of a vertical pipe 2 and in which a fitting hole 33 that opens upward and downward is formed and the primary lid cylindrical part 32 that extends downward from the primary lid body 31; and a connection pipe 5 that is positioned above the primary lid cylindrical part 32. The pipe joint 40 includes: a first cylindrical part 41 that has a predetermined first diameter D1 and can be fitted into the primary lid cylindrical part 32; a second cylindrical part 42 that has a second diameter D2 smaller than the first diameter D1 and is positioned inside the first cylindrical part 41 in plan view; and a first connection part 47 that connects the first cylindrical part 41 and second cylindrical part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
