METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING ROCK BOLT STRUCTURE AND FIXING MATERIAL INJECTION JIG
To adjust a timing of pulling out an outer tube for a fixing material injection work, fill a fixing material in an appropriate state, and improve a construction efficiency of a rock bolt structure.SOLUTION: A method of constructing a rock bolt structure in which a bit 3 is provided at a tip of a rock bolt main body 2 having a hollow portion 21, and a self-drilling rock bolt 1 around which an outer tube 4 is provided is struck on a natural ground 100 to construct a rock bolt structure comprises a first step of flow-path-connecting a drilling water supply passage 131 of a drilling machine 10 and the hollow portion 21 of the rock bolt main body 2 with a fixing material injection jig 6 and coupling a water swivel 13 of the drilling machine 10 and the outer tube 4 via the fixing material injection jig 6 so that the outer tube 4 can be pulled out by the drilling machine 10, and a second step of injecting a fixing material F through the drilling water supply passage 131 and the hollow portion 21, discharging the fixing material F from a discharge hole 31 of the bit 3, retracting the water swivel 13 and pulling out the outer tube 4 struck on the natural ground 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】定着材の注入作業に対して外管の引抜のタイミングを調整でき、定着材を適切な状態で充填できると共に、ロックボルト構造の施工効率を高めることができる。【解決手段】中空部21を有するロックボルト本体2の先端にビット3が設けられ、その外側に外管4が周設される自穿孔ロックボルト1を地山100に打設してロックボルト構造を構築するロックボルト構造の構築方法であり、定着材注入治具6で削孔機10の削孔水供給路131とロックボルト本体2の中空部21を流路接続し、且つ削孔機10で外管4を引抜可能に定着材注入治具6を介して削孔機10のウォータースイベル13と外管4を連結する第1工程と、削孔水供給路131と中空部21を通して定着材Fを注入し、定着材Fをビット3の吐出孔31から吐出させると共に、ウォータースイベル13を後退させて地山100に打設された外管4を引き抜く第2工程を備える。【選択図】図4
