PAVEMENT INSTALLED IN EXPANSION SPACING OF BRIDGE
To provide a pavement installed in an expansion spacing of a bridge that is highly safe, does not generate noise, has sufficient durability, and is resistant to deterioration even after long term use.SOLUTION: A pavement (38) is installed in an expansion spacing (23) between one and the other floor slabs (20, 21) of a bridge. A plurality of substantially rectangular rib plates (1) are embedded in the pavement (38). First, the plurality of rib plates (1) are arranged on the one floor slab (20) along the expansion spacing (23) at prescribed intervals and fixed on the floor slab (20) such that the tips of the respective rib plates (1) protrude toward the expansion spacing (23) side by a prescribed length. The same is performed for the other floor slab (21). Thus, the tips of the respective rib plates (1) are alternately arranged in the expansion spacing (23). Spaces between the plurality of rib plates (1) are filled with pavement materials. The vicinity of the expansion spacing (23) at the least is filled with an elastic pavement material (36).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】安全性が高く騒音が発生せず、耐久性が十分に大きく長期間の利用によっても劣化しにくい橋梁の遊間に設けられる舗装体を提供する。【解決手段】橋梁の一方と他方の床版(20、21)の間の遊間(23)舗装体(38)を設ける。舗装体(38)には略長方形状の複数枚のリブプレート(1)を埋め込む。まず、複数枚のリブプレート(1)を、一方の床版(20)に遊間(23)に沿って所定の間隔で配置し、それぞれのリブプレート(1)の先端部分が所定長さだけ遊間(23)側に突出するように床版(20)上に固定する。他方の床版(21)においても同様にする。そうすると、遊間(23)においてそれぞれのリブプレート(1)の先端部分が交互に配置される。これらの複数枚のリブプレート(1)間に舗装材料を充填する。少なくとも遊間(23)近傍には弾性舗装材料(36)を充填する。【選択図】 図2
