WATER CUTOFF STRUCTURE TO BE INSTALLED IN EXPANSION SPACING OF BRIDGE GIRDERS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cutoff structure to be installed in an expansion spacing of bridge girders or bridge girders of an elevated road which can be easily constructed and surely prevents rainwater from dropping, without aging deterioration.SOLUTION: A water cutoff structure (1) comprises a single waterproof sheet (6) installed in an expansion spacing (5) of floor slabs (4) of adjoining bridge girders (3), and a plurality of fixing members (7) which fix the waterproof sheet (6). The waterproof sheet (6) is formed wider than the expansion spacing (5) with a length equal to or longer than a road width portion. The fixing members (7) are formed to a prescribed length from a stainless steel thin plate. For the construction of the water cutoff structure (1), the waterproof sheet (6) is installed in the expansion spacing (5). The fixing members (7) curved by elastic energization are then inserted into the expansion spacing (5) from the top of the waterproof sheet (6). The fixing members (7) are expanded by elastic energization to press the waterproof sheet (6) against both ends of the floor slab (4). The plurality of fixing members (7) are arranged in the road width direction to fix the waterproof sheet (6) to the expansion spacing (5) along the overall road width.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 経年劣化せず、施工が容易で、確実に雨水の落下を防止する、橋梁、高架道路の橋桁の遊間に設けられる止水構造を提供する。【解決手段】止水構造(1)を、隣り合う橋桁(3)の床版(4)の遊間(5)に設ける1枚の防水シート(6)と、これを固定する複数個の固定部材(7)とから構成する。防水シート(6)は道幅分、あるいはそれ以上の長さに、遊間(5)より幅広に形成する。固定部材(7)は不銹鋼薄板から所定長さに形成する。止水構造(1)の施工は、防水シート(6)を遊間(5)に設け、その上から、弾性付勢に抗して湾曲させた固定部材(7)を遊間(5)内に挿入する。固定部材(7)が弾性付勢により拡がるようにし、防水シート(6)を床版(4)の端面に押し付ける。複数個の固定部材(7)を道幅方向に並べて設け防水シート(6)を道幅全体に渡って遊間(5)に固定する。【選択図】 図1
