【課題】 海面処分場等の埋立域の法面に敷設される遮水シートと海底面との間の遮水を確実に行う。【解決手段】 海面処分場1の埋立域11を区画するように造成された裏込め工の法面を覆う遮水構造であって、下端部が前記護岸構造物を支持する不透水性地層2アスファルトマスチック密着層35を介して密着された遮水シート20を芯材とする下側遮水層24と、下側遮水層24との間に所定の中間層31が設けられ、下端部が遮水シート20上の区画範囲に充填されたアスファルトマスチック充填層36上に延在して密着された遮水シート21を芯材とする上側遮水層25と、からなる多重遮水層10を捨石マウンド3の法面に構築する。【選択図】 図2
