To provide a packing material packing confirmation structure allowing the confirmation that a packing material has been packed from the outside of a member into which the packing material is packed.SOLUTION: A packing material packing confirmation structure 10 includes: a cylindrical body 22 that is disposed at a position of a discharge passage 214 of an upside cylindrical member 204 and on the outside of the upside cylindrical member 204, and changes the electric charge when a grout G is packed to the discharge passage 214; and a sensor 14 that has an electric field generation unit, and varies an electric force when the electric charge is guided to the electric field generation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
