Packing combined device with packing film
The invention discloses a packing combined device with a packing film and belongs to the field of offshore oil engineering. The packing combined device comprises a top flange located on the top of the device, a bottom flange located at the bottom of the device and used for bearing the top flange, and bolt assemblies. Screw holes are formed in the same positions of the edges of the contact faces of the top flange and the bottom flange by a circle and used for the bolt assemblies to penetrate therein for fixing. The packing combined device further comprises the film which is clamped between the top flange and the bottom flange, and a sealing ring is arranged on the contact end faces of the film and the flange. Compared with the prior art, the packing combined device has the beneficial effects that the film is clamped in the simple small-thickness flange so that buoyancy is provided for an offshore jacket, and installation of the offshore jacket is facilitated; the packing combined device is convenient and easy to mount and demount; and a cross-shaped steel wire is embedded in the film, so that the pressure bearing capability of the device is improved, and the film can resist larger static water pressure.
