OBSTACLE DETECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To provide an obstacle detector which is capable of preventing a dense region of fugitive dust and powder dust around a construction machine from being detected as an obstacle, and thereby properly conducting corresponding processing in accordance with detection of obstacles.SOLUTION: In the case that an object nearest a predetermined site (a revolving superstructure 3) of a construction machine 1 is detected on the basis of measurement data according to a TOF method, among objects existing within a predetermined area that is located at a distance of a predetermined value or less from the construction machine 1, out of a monitoring area radiating measurement light, the object is detected as an obstacle, under the necessary condition that a light receiving amount of reflectance of the measurement light in the existence area of the detected object out of the monitoring area is detected to be a predetermined value or more according to light receiving amount detection data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建設機械の周囲で砂埃や粉塵の密集領域が障害物として検出されるのを防止することができ、ひいては、障害物の検出に応じた対応処理を適切に行うことができる障害物検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】測定光を照射する監視領域のうち、建設機械1からの距離が所定値以下となる所定の領域内に存在する物体のうち、建設機械1の所定の部位(旋回体3)に最も近い物体がTOF方式による測距データに基づいて検出された場合に、監視領域のうちの検出された物体の存在領域での測定光の反射光の受光量が所定値以上であることが受光量検出データに基づいて検知されることを必要条件とて、該物体を障害物として検出する。【選択図】図3
