To provide a fixture placing tool which can temporarily place a fixture on a lower side frame of a fixture frame in a state that the upper side rail of the fixture is put in the rail of the upper side frame of the fixture frame, and can easily fit the lower side rail of the fixture to the rail of the lower side frame of the fixture frame from the temporary place, in work for fitting the fixture to the fixture frame by lifting the fixture with a hanging fixture or by lifting the fixture by a person.SOLUTION: A sash window placing tool (fixture placing tool) 9 is placed on the lower side frame of the window frame (fixture frame) 6 and supports the lower side part of the sash window (fixture) 5. The sash window placing tool 9 comprises a temporary placing surface part 91 to which the lower surface of the lower side part abuts, an inclined surface part 92 inclined downward from the temporary placing surface part 91, and a projecting part 93.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
