To provide a height adjustable external anti-earthquake reinforcement device.SOLUTION: A left and right vertical frame constituting an angle steel cut into a substantially half of a length between cores of a foundation 1 and a beam 2 of the first floor of a wooden house and end edges corresponding to an upper frame and a lower frame of the angle steel cut into a length between cores of columns similarly are welded, and two basic frames A, A' obtained by welding end edge of a brace via a steel plate at its inside four corners and two coupling parts B at a height shorter than that of a top plate, a bottom plate and a back surface plate of substantially one third of the length of the upper and lower frames of the basic frame A, A' and the basic frame A, A' coupled directly and with a side plate of the same size of a flange of the angle steel are paired, and bolt holes are prearranged suitably in a joint part of each component and a portion for fixing each component to a pillar 7 or the beam 2 or the foundation 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】高さ調整可能な外付耐震補強装置を提供する。【解決手段】木造住宅1階の土台1と梁2の芯々の長さの略半分位の長さに山形鋼を切断した左右竪枠と、同様に柱と柱の芯々の長さに山形鋼を切断した上部枠・下部枠のそれぞれ対応する端縁を溶接し、かつその内側四隅に鋼製のプレートを介して筋交いの端縁を溶接してなる2個の基本フレームA、A´、及び、当該基本フレームA、A´の上・下部枠の長さの略三分の一位の長さの天板、底板、背面板と、上記基本フレームA、A´、を直接連結しても不足する高さで、かつ上記山形鋼のフランジと同一寸法の側板で構成した「つなぎパーツ」B2個をセットとし、かつ、各部品同士の接合部分及び各部品を支柱7や梁2或いは土台1等に固定する部分に予めボルト用穴を適宜開設する。【選択図】図5
