To prevent interference between a person and a construction machine while preventing reduction in workability for the construction machine.SOLUTION: An interference prevention device of the invention comprises: a region setting unit 162 that sets a first region R1 to a sixth region R6 around a construction machine 1 based on an end position 401 of a work device 4 that is calculated by a position calculation unit 161; a person determination unit 163 that determines whether there is a person for the first region R1 to the sixth region R6 based on a boom angle and an arm angle that are detected by a boom angle sensor 12 and an arm angle sensor 13; and an operation restriction unit 164 that, when the person determination unit 163 determines that there is a person in at least one of the first region R1 to the sixth region R6, restricts a restricted operation pattern that is a predetermined operation pattern for the construction machine 1 in which the work device 4 is likely to interference with a person, in the region where the person is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
