To provide a fixture, a fixing structure and a fixing method which can separately perform installation of a foundation and installation of a connection member.SOLUTION: A fixture 1 used in a foundation of a building has: a first extension part 10 and a second extension part 20 which are formed in U shapes and extend in parallel at a fixed interval so as to face each other in a fixed U-shaped direction; an intermediate part 30 which connects spacing between one ends 11 and 21 of the first extension part 20 and the second extension part 20 and is an intermediate between the U-shaped first extension part 10 and second extension part 20; and an opening 40 which is formed so as to be opened between the other ends 12 and 22 of the first extension part 10 and the second extension part 20, wherein an internal space 40a formed of the U-shaped first extension part 10 and second extension part 20 and the intermediate part 30 is covered with a foundation 200 so as to be wrapped, and the first extension part 10 and the second extension part 20 are fixed so as to be sandwiched with the foundation 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
