To provide a fixing structure which is easily constructed without requiring processing and welding in a site at all and which has necessary strength, and to provide a fixture and a fixing method.SOLUTION: In a fixing structure 1, to a flange 21 of a first member (a beam material 2) having the flange 21, the other second member (a fence post 3) is fixed using a fixture (a fixing metal fitting 5). The fixing metal fitting 5 comprises: a plate-like plate portion 50 hooking an end portion to the flange 21 to fix; and a claw portion 51 tilting to an outside direction of a plate face of the plate portion 50 to protrude, and suppressing rotation of the fence post 3. In the plate portion 50, there is provided an insertion hole 50a through which a fastening member (a fastening bolt 6) fastening the fence post 3 is inserted. Through the insertion hole 50a, the fastening bolt 6 is inserted to fasten the fence post 3 and the fixing metal fitting 5 and to clamp the flange 21 between the fence post 3 and the fixing metal fitting 5. Thus, the fence post 3 is fixed to the flange 21, so as not to rotate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】現場での加工や溶接を一切必要とせず施工が容易で、且つ、必要強度を有する固定構造、固定具、及び固定方法を提供する。【解決手段】フランジ２１を有する第１部材（梁材２）の当該フランジ２１に固定具（固定金具５）を用いて、他の第２部材（フェンス支柱３）を固定する固定構造１において、固定金具５は、フランジ２１に端部を掛け止めて固定するプレート状のプレート部５０と、このプレート部５０の板面の面外方向に傾斜して突出し、フェンス支柱３の回転を抑止する爪部５１と、を備えるとともに、プレート部５０に、フェンス支柱３を締結する締結部材（締結ボルト６）を挿通する挿通孔５０ａを設け、この挿通孔５０ａに締結ボルト６を挿通してフェンス支柱３と固定金具５とを締め付けてフェンス支柱３と固定金具５との間にフランジ２１を挟み込み、フランジ２１にフェンス支柱３を回転不能に固定する。【選択図】図４
