HEAT EXCHANGE TYPE VENTILATION DEVICE
To provide a heat exchange type ventilation device capable of reducing dew condensation at a heat exchange section.SOLUTION: A heat exchange type ventilation device 1 comprises a window frame 3, a daylighting section 4, a heat exchange section 5, and a control section 25. The daylighting section 4 is installed inside the window frame 3 and has an indoor side daylighting section 14 positioned at an indoor side and an outdoor side daylighting section 15 positioned at an outdoor side. The heat exchange section 5 is juxtaposed with the daylighting section 4 at a position between the indoor side daylighting section 14 and the outdoor side daylighting section 15 and has a heat transfer plate 16, an exhaust air trunk 17, and a supply air trunk 18. The exhaust air trunk 17 has an air trunk switching section 20 which switches between an air trunk communicated with an exhaust outflow port 9 and an air trunk communicated with a discharge port 19. When dew condensation is determined to occur in the exhaust air trunk 17, the control section 25 stops distribution of outdoor air 7 with an air supply blower 13 and causes the air trunk switching section 20 to switch an outlet of the exhaust air trunk 17 to the air trunk communicated with the discharge port 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】熱交換部における結露の発生を低減可能な熱交換形換気装置を提供する。【解決手段】熱交換形換気装置1は、窓枠3と、採光部4と、熱交換部5と、制御部25とを備える。採光部4は、窓枠3の内側に設けられ、室内側に位置する室内側採光部14と室外側に位置する室外側採光部15とを有する。熱交換部5は、室内側採光部14と室外側採光部15とに挟まれる位置において採光部4と並設され、伝熱板16と、排気風路17と、給気風路18とを有する。また、排気風路17は、排気流出口9と連通する風路を導出口19と連通する風路に切り替える風路切替部20が形成される。そして、制御部25は、排気風路17内に結露が発生すると判定された場合に、給気送風機13による室外空気7の送風を停止し、風路切替部20により排気風路17を導出口19と連通する風路に切り替えるように制御する。【選択図】図5
