To provide: a fiber-spraying binder capable of forming a uniform fiber-spraying material layer without using compressed air when the binder is sprayed, in the formation of the fiber-spraying material layer that does not mainly comprise a cement but mainly comprise a fiber and a binder using an inorganic binder other than the cement; a fiber-spraying binder with small amount of dust caused when a spray operation is performed; and a fiber-spraying material.SOLUTION: A fiber-spraying binder comprises: 1 mass% or more and 45 mass% or less of alkali silicate; 1 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less of an inorganic powder containing SiOother than cement and the alkali silicate; and 35 mass% or more and 98 mass% or less of water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメントを主成分とせずにセメント以外の無機質結合材を用いた結合材と繊維とを主成分とする吹付け材層の形成において、結合材の噴射に圧縮空気を用いなくとも均質な吹付け材層が形成できる繊維吹付け用結合材および吹付け施工時に発生する粉塵量が少ない繊維吹付け用結合材および吹付け材を提供する。【解決手段】珪酸アルカリ１質量％以上４５質量％以下と、セメント及び珪酸アルカリ以外のＳｉＯ2含有無機質粉末１質量％以上６０質量％以下と、水３５質量％以上９８質量％以下とを含有する繊維吹付け用結合材。【選択図】なし
