FIBER SPRAYING DEVICE
To provide a technique by which in a fiber spraying device used for spraying method of fiber composition by dry construction method or semi-dry construction method, pulsation is less likely to occur in a fiber pumping path, and it is less likely to occur that even when stopping supply of fibers such as rock wools and the like into the fiber pumping path, fine particles of the fibers staying in the fiber pumping path continue to eject from a fiber discharge port, and the fibers are clogged in the fiber pumping path.SOLUTION: A pressure in a fiber pumping path is measured by a pressure gauge fiber, pressure data Pm in the fiber pumping path at that time is transmitted to (K) calculator, and is compared to allowable pressure upper limit value data Pmax stored in a memory for an allowable pressure upper limit value and allowable pressure lower limit value data Pmin stored in a memory for an allowable pressure lower limit value. When the pressure data is out of an allowable pressure range, supply of fibers from a quantitative feeding device for a disengaging machine to a fiber pumping pipe is restrained or increased by a restraining order or increasing order from a controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】乾式工法又は半乾式工法による繊維組成物の吹付け工法に用いる繊維吹付け装置において、繊維圧送経路内での脈動が起こり難く、ロックウール類等の繊維類の繊維圧送経路内への供給を止めても繊維圧送経路内に滞留している繊維類の微粒分が繊維吐出口から噴出続けることが起こり難く、且つ繊維類が繊維圧送経路内で詰まることが起こり難い技術を提供する。【解決手段】繊維圧送経路内の圧力を圧力計で測定し、その時の繊維圧送経路内の圧力データPmを(K)演算装置に伝達し、許容圧力上限値用メモリ内に格納されている許容圧力上限値データPmaxおよび許容圧力下限値用メモリ内に格納されている許容圧力下限値データPminと比較し、許容圧力範囲から外れたときに、制御装置から抑制命令又は増加命令により、解綿機の定量供給装置から繊維圧送管への繊維の供給を抑制又は増加させる。【選択図】図1
