To provide a washing water tank device with a hand wash basin capable of suppressing water splash and scattering by suppressing residual water in a water receiving part, and smoothly feeding washing water discharged from the hand wash basin to the water receiving part.SOLUTION: A washing water tank device 1 with a hand wash basin of the present invention has an exterior tank 8, an inner tank 16, the hand wash basin having a spout 10b, a hand wash bowl 10a and a hand wash draining port 10c, a water receiving part 30 receiving washing water discharged from the hand wash draining port and discharging from discharging ports 36, 38 into the inner tank. The water receiving part comprises a protrusion 40 forming protruded faces 40a, 40b protruded upward to reduce contact resistance with the washing water in a falling region of the washing water discharged from the hand wash draining port, and inclined parts 42a, 42b provided adjacent to the protrusion and forming an inclined surface 42 inclined downward to the discharging ports. 【課題】水受け部内の残水を抑制して水撥ねや飛び散りを抑制し、手洗い器から水受け部に排出された洗浄水を内装タンク内にスムーズに供給することができる手洗い器付き洗浄水タンク装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の手洗い器付き洗浄水タンク装置１は、外装タンク８と、内装タンク１６と、スパウト１０ｂと、手洗いボウル１０ａ及び手洗い排水口１０ｃを備えた手洗い器と、手洗い排水口から排出された洗浄水を受けて流出口３６,３８から内装タンク内に流出させる水受け部３０と、を有し、水受け部は、手洗い排水口から排出された洗浄水が落下した領域において洗浄水との接触抵抗を低減させるように上方に突出する突出面４０ａ,４０ｂを形成する突出部４０と、この突出部に隣接して設けられて流出口に向かって下り傾斜する傾斜面４２を形成する傾斜部４２ａ,４２ｂと、を備え、突出面はその頂部から上記傾斜面に向かって下り傾斜するように形成されている。【選択図】図４
