To provide a washing water tank device with a hand wash basin and a flush toilet bowl equipped therewith capable achieving both straightening of the washing water discharged from a hand-washing discharging port and suppression of water film rupture due to residual water in the discharging port before hand-washing discharging.SOLUTION: A washing water tank device 1 with a hand wash basin has a hand wash basin 24 provided at an upper part of a washing water tank 20. A cylindrical straightening part 48 straightening the washing water is provided to a hand wash discharge port 28 of the hand wash basin, and the straightening part comprises a first diversion part 50 partitioned by first partitioning walls 72, 74 orthogonal to the axial direction thereof and forming multiple openings in the upstream side, and a second diversion part 52 provided downstream the first diversion part and partitioned by second partitioning walls 76, 78 orthogonal to the axial direction of the straightening part and forming multiple openings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】手洗い吐水口から吐水される洗浄水の整流化と、手洗い吐水前の吐水口内の残水による水膜破裂の抑制との両立を実現することができる手洗い器付き洗浄水タンク装置及びそれを備えた水洗大便器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の手洗い器付き洗浄水タンク装置１は、洗浄水タンク２０の上部に設けられた手洗い器２４を備え、この手洗い器の手洗い吐水口２８には、洗浄水を整流する筒状の整流部４８が設けられており、この整流部は、その軸方向に対して直交する第１区画壁７２，７４により区画されて複数の開口を上流側に形成する第１分流部５０と、この第１分流部よりも下流側に設けられて且つ整流部の軸方向に対して直交する第２区画壁７６，７８により区画されて複数の開口を形成する第２分流部５２と、を備えている。【選択図】図１０
