INJECTION DEVICE FOR NATURAL GROUND IMPROVEMENT AND NATURAL GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD
To provide an injection device for natural ground improvement that injects an injection material into a natural ground which can insert an injection pipe into the ground even when an insertion hole of the natural ground is bent.SOLUTION: A pipe body 12 of an injection pipe 11 of an injection device 10 for natural ground improvement is composed of a soft resin or a rubber, and has flexibility. Preferably, the injection pipe 11 includes a reinforcement material 13 that reinforces the pipe body 12. A cloth-made packer 20 is provided in the intermediate part of the injection pipe 11. In a state in which the packer 20 is wrapped with a water-shielding sheet 25, a restriction tape 26 is further wound around the packer and the packer 20 is bound onto the injection pipe 11, the injection pipe 11 is inserted into a natural ground 2. An expansion material is supplied into the packer 20 from a supply pipe 30 and the packer 20 is expanded, and thereby the restriction tape 26 is broken.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地山に注入材を注入する地山改良用注入装置において、地山の挿入孔が曲がっていても注入管を地中に挿入可能とする。【解決手段】地山改良用注入装置１０の注入管１１の管本体１２を軟質樹脂又はゴムによって構成し、可撓性とする。好ましくは、注入管１１は、管本体１２を補強する補強材１３を含む。注入管１１の中間部に布製のパッカー２０を設ける。パッカー２０を遮水シート２５で包み、更に拘束テープ２６を巻き付けてパッカー２０を注入管１１に縛り付けた状態で、注入管１１を地山２に挿入する、膨張材を供給管３０からパッカー２０内に供給してパッカー２０を膨らませることによって拘束テープ２６を破断する。【選択図】図１
