APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CORE STRUCTURE OF TAKE-UP SHAFT FOR SHUTTER CURTAIN
To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a core structure of a take-up shaft for a shutter curtain which is capable of automatically inserting a rod-like member constituting a take-up shaft into a center hole of a core member even when the rod-like member and the center hole are off-centered.SOLUTION: A core structure has a rod-like member 7 forming a shaft neck part of a take-up shaft, and a core member 11 arranged on the rod-like member 7 by inserting the rod-like member 7 into a center hole 11A of a center part. Among first holding means for holding the core member 11 and second holding means for holding the rod-like member, at least one holding means can advance to the other holding means for inserting the rod-like member into the center hole of the core member. A chamfered part 7A is provided on at least one of the outer peripheral part of the tip surface 7C of the rod-like member and the inner peripheral part of the end part on the side where the tip surface 7C of the center hole is inserted, and at least one of the first holding means and the second holding means relaxes the holding when the tip surface is inserted into the center hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
