APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CORE STRUCTURE OF WINDING SHAFT FOR SHUTTER CURTAIN
To provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a core structure of a winding shaft for a shutter curtain capable of performing a work for joining a core member to a rod-like member by welding through an automatic work such that the occurrence of deflection in the rod-like member can be suppressed during this work.SOLUTION: A core structure has a rod-like member 7 forming a shaft neck part of a winding shaft, and a core member 13 arranged in the rod-like member by inserting the rod-like member into a center hole. A manufacturing apparatus has two holding means 31 and 33 arranged apart in the longitudinal direction of the rod-like member, and welding means for welding the core member to the rod-like member over the whole circumference of the rod-like member. Of the two holding means, one holding means 33 holds an end in the longitudinal direction of the rod-like member, and the other holding means holds a position in the longitudinal direction of the rod-like member apart from the end when the end in the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped member is held by the one holding means and the core member is welded to the rod-like member over the whole circumference of the rod-like member by the welding means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 68
【課題】中子部材を棒状部材に溶接で結合する作業を自動作業で行えて、この作業を棒状部材に撓みが生ずることを抑制して実施できるシャッターカーテン用巻取軸の中子構造体の製造装置及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】中子構造体は、巻取軸の軸首部を形成する棒状部材7と、中心孔に棒状部材が挿入されることで棒状部材に配置される中子部材13とを有し、製造装置は、棒状部材の長さ方向に離れて配置された2個の保持手段31,33と、中子部材を棒状部材にこの棒状部材の全周に渡って溶接するための溶接手段とを有し、2個の保持手段のうち、一方の保持手段33は、棒状部材の長さ方向の端部を保持し、他方の保持手段は、前記一方の保持手段で棒状部材の長さ方向の前記端部が保持されて、溶接手段で中子部材が棒状部材に棒状部材の全周に渡って溶接されているときに、前記端部から離れている棒状部材の長さ方向の箇所を保持する。【選択図】図68
