To provide a residence in which service by other person can be received even when a resident is not present while maintaining high security.SOLUTION: The residence 1 comprises a first entrance 7 installed at a boundary between a common part 2 and an exclusive part 3 and having a first lock device 10 capable of locking the first entrance, a second entrance installed further inside than the first entrance having a second lock device 11 capable of locking the second entrance and a semi private space 4 provided between the first entrance and the second entrance. The first lock device is a smart lock capable of being locked and unlocked using a mobile terminal of the resident. Thus, the resident can lock or unlock the first entrance using the mobile terminal even from far away and receive service by other person in the semi private space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】居住者が不在においても、高いセキュリティを維持しつつ、他者によるサービスを受けられる住宅を提供する。【解決手段】住宅１は、共用部２と専有部３との境界に設置される第一出入り口７であって、第一出入り口を施錠可能な第一ロック装置１０を有する第一出入り口と、第一出入り口よりも内側に設置される第二出入り口であって、第二出入り口を施錠可能な第二ロック装置１１を有する第二出入り口と、第一出入り口と第二出入り口との間に設けられるセミプライベートスペース４と、を備える。第一ロック装置は、居住者の携帯端末を利用して施錠及び解錠が可能なスマートロックである。そのため、居住者は遠方からでも携帯端末を用いて第一出入り口を施錠及び解錠することができ、セミプライベートスペースにおいて他者によるサービスを受けることができる。【選択図】図１
