CHARACTERISTIC ESTIMATION METHOD OF CERAMIC SINTERED BODY
To provide a method of non-destructively estimating the characteristic of a ceramic sintered body without depending on gravimetry.SOLUTION: A characteristic estimation method of a ceramic sintered body includes: a process of producing a ceramic sintered body by burning a green body compact; a process of measuring the color of the ceramic sintered body; and a process of estimating the one or more characteristics of the ceramic sintered body from the color of the ceramic sintered body measured in the previous process, related to a ceramic sintered body having the same composition as the above-mentioned ceramic sintered body, using the correlation between colors and one or more characteristics that are selected from a group of previously determined porosity, a pore diameter, and the thermal expansion coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
