GRINDING/CLEANING HEAD
To be able to grind/clean a wall surface formed in a curved shape.SOLUTION: A grinding/cleaning apparatus 17b for grinding/cleaning an inner wall surface WS of a tunnel by spraying an abrasive on the inner wall surface WS is installed on a principle surface of a mounting base 17a constituting a grinding/cleaning head 17. The mounting base 17a is mounted on an arm 17r on the back surface side of the mounting base 17a in a state of being swingable in a first swinging direction. The arm 17r is detachably attached to the tip of a rod 15 of a tunnel grinding/cleaning device M in a state of being swingable in a second swinging direction orthogonal to the first swinging direction. Thus, the grinding/cleaning head 17 can be swung following the inner wall surface WS of the tunnel formed in a curved shape, so that the inner wall surface WS of the tunnel formed in a curved shape can be ground and cleaned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】曲面形状に形成された壁面を研掃することができる。【解決手段】研掃ヘッド１７を構成する取付台１７ａの主面には、トンネルの内壁面ＷＳに対して研削材を吹き付けることで内壁面ＷＳを研掃するための研掃機１７ｂが設置されている。この取付台１７ａは、第１の揺動方向に揺動自在の状態で取付台１７ａの裏面側のアーム部１７ｒに取り付けられている。また、このアーム部１７ｒは、第１の揺動方向に直交する第２の揺動方向に揺動自在の状態でトンネル研掃装置Ｍのロッド１５の先端部に着脱自在の状態で取り付けられる。これにより、曲面状に形成されたトンネルの内壁面ＷＳに追従して研掃ヘッド１７を揺動させることができるので、曲面形状に形成されたトンネルの内壁面ＷＳを研掃することができる。【選択図】図２
