GRINDING AND CLEANING DEVICE AND GRINDING AND CLEANING HEAD PRESSING METHOD
To press a grinding and cleaning head against an inner wall surface of a tunnel with appropriate pressing force.SOLUTION: A grinding and cleaning device comprises: a grinding and cleaning device body BE comprising a grinding and cleaning head 17 for grinding and cleaning a curved inner wall surface of a tunnel, a plurality of casters 17c attached to the grinding and cleaning head 17, a rotary actuator 17ra for setting a vertical swing angle of the grinding and cleaning head 17, and a lifting/lowering mechanism part 12 for lifting/lowering the grinding and cleaning head 17; and a control unit MC for performing operation control on the grinding and cleaning device body BE. The control unit MC controls the rotary actuator 17ra to set and hold the grinding and cleaning head 17 at a swing angle corresponding to a grinding and cleaning position on the inner wall surface; controls the lifting/lowering mechanism part 12 to lift the grinding and cleaning head 17, and upon at least one of the casters 17c coming into contact with the inner wall surface, controls the rotary actuator 17ra to release holding of the grinding and cleaning head 17; and controls the lifting/lowering mechanism part 12 to further lift the grinding and cleaning head 17 to make all of the casters 17c abut on the inner wall surface with a predetermined load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
【課題】研掃ヘッドを適正な押圧力でトンネルの内壁面に押し付けるようにする。【解決手段】トンネルの湾曲した内壁面を研掃する研掃ヘッド17、研掃ヘッド17に取り付けられた複数のキャスタ17c、研掃ヘッド17の上下方向の揺動角を設定するロータリアクチュエータ17ra、および研掃ヘッド17を昇降する昇降機構部12を備えた研掃装置本体BEと、研掃装置本体BEの動作制御を行う制御部MCとを有する。制御部MCは、ロータリアクチュエータ17raにより、研掃ヘッド17を内壁面の研掃位置に対応した揺動角に設定して保持し、昇降機構部12により研掃ヘッド17を上昇させてキャスタ17cの少なくとも1つが内壁面に接触したならばロータリアクチュエータ17raによる研掃ヘッド17の保持を解除し、昇降機構部12によりさらに研掃ヘッド17を上昇させて全てのキャスタ17cを所定の荷重で内壁面に当接させる。【選択図】図16
